Three Entries Shared 2013 World Slasher Cup-1 Crown
Unknown, But Unmatched
Three Entries
Shared 2013 World Slasher Cup-1 Crown
Three
darkhorse-entries did not get noticed until the time they already had 7 points
each and with one fight to go.
Ending
with 8 perfect points apiece to share the crown of the 2013 World Slasher Cup
8-Cock Inviattional Derby are entries MS Summit PT MM JS, Oribello Brothers
Gamefarm and Taligaman Warbird/LDI.
This
time the early birds did not catch the worms, because no entry from the first
day (January 21) entrants hit the jackpot.
MS Summit
PT MM JS of Mark Salazar easily breezed through the 2nd eliminations
in January 22 beating GA RG Eryle and Patrick Antonio’s Sagupaan Complexor
3000, while, on the same day La Union’s Sonny, Rudy & Conrad Oribello (Oribello
Brothers Gamefarm) won over Blue Angels Zabong-I and Triple F KOB/Voyagers for
their tickets to the semis.
Vergil
Ali Intino of Butuan City (Taligaman Warbird/LDI) drew first blood on the third day of the
preliminaries lording it over entries MRV Killer Elite & Victoria Or.
Mindoros and and Rawlandz Stock Farm.
The
three eventual heroes silently crawled through the semi-finals overshadowed by
the more popular bets being watched by the aficionados.
On January 27, during the championships, the 3
victors were among the only 30 undefeated entries with 19 4-pointers and 11
with 3.5 points to battle for the crown.
MS Summit PT MM JS was the first to seal a
victory by winning over entries Anonymous, Gerry Espina’s Mt. Panamao, Sagupaan
Mite Free and the anchored with a classic against Eliong Gonzaga Hiwaii - 1
Oribello Brothers
Gamefarm kept everyone asking whose entry it is just after finishing three
opponents (BM Sabongch.Com, Eliong Gonzaga Hiwaii & SF Archers Balite),
then ended with an exclamation point by annihilating Zaldy Sandoval’s Lucky
Charm ZS in 25 seconds.
Vergil Ali Intino was
unheard of in the big leagues until he had already seven wins via his entry
Taligaman Warbirds/LDI disposing Lucky Charm ZS, BM Sabongch.Com, Gameboy and
Engr. Tony Marfori’s Swing TM JR.
